LATE & CANCELLATION POLICY

10 minutes late = €10 surcharge. 
15 minutes late = your appointment will be automatically canceled. 
 
When you are late and need a new appointment, you must rebook with a new deposit.
 
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
 
For last-minute cancellations or no-shows, you must pay 100% of the treatment fee.
If payment is not made, you will be blacklisted until the balance is settled.
 
OTHER RULES
We accept cash. No bank transfers please.
If you request a bank payment, an additional €5 fee will apply.

Please arrive at your appointment with clean and freshly washed hair to ensure the best results.
 
A deposit is required to secure your booking. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable, regardless of the circumstances.

No parking fees; you can park anywhere.
 
Please send us a message on WhatsApp when you arrive at the location so we can pick you up from the lobby.
